A Main Street resident reports the theft of their blue Lumix 254 “Tough Camera,” which was possibly taken from a Monroe Avenue address during a yard party between 3PM and 8:30 p.m. on May 4.
A Main Street business reports a necklace was removed from a display case on the front counter.
4:15 p.m. – Police were called to investigate a possible menacing involving a knife at a Main Street address.
10:15 p.m. - Police arrested Damien Rodriguez, 24 of Brockport, on charges of criminal possession of marijuana, a Misdemeanor. Rodriguez is due to appear in Sweden Town Court.
Sometime between 1 p.m. on May 9 and 2:30 p.m. on May 10, someone reportedly reached through the open window of a vehicle and stole a “Flex x 2” Bluetooth transmitter. The vehicle was parked at a Main Street residence.
Police were called to College Street for a report of a vehicle that had just struck a parked car then fled. Police later found the suspect vehicle and after a thorough investigation, identified the driver. Robert F. Butler III, 24 of Ballston Lake, was charged with leaving the scene of an incident without reporting as well as other traffic-related offenses.
Sometime between 8 p.m. and 10:30 p.m., a College Street resident reports that someone threw a heavy object through the rear window of their vehicle, smashing the glass.
Police arrested Christopher Vandusen, 40 of Holley, on charges of aggravated driving while intoxicated, a Felony, as well as other traffic-related offenses. Vandusen is due to appear in Sweden Town Court.
A Utica Street resident reports that sometime between 9 p.m. on May 10 and 9 a.m. on May 11, someone vandalized their flower garden.
A Main Street resident reports that between 1:45 p.m. and 2 p.m. on May 11, someone stole a push lawn mower from the sidewalk outside their home.
A Holley Street resident reports that sometime between 6 p.m. and 8 p.m. on May 11, someone moved and broke their trampoline that was located in the backyard.
