Two men arrested after investigation into sale of crack cocaine | Crime

Two men are facing charges following a seven-month investigation into the sale and distribution of crack cocaine in Orleans and Monroe Counties.

A search warrant was executed on a vehicle in Hamlin and at a home in Penfield. Nearly 13 grams of crack cocaine, oxycodone pills, $4,000 in cash and other drug paraphernalia were seized.

Garret Dunne, 28 of Penfield, was charged with 13 counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance and one count of criminal possession of a controlled substance. Joshua Stassen, 31 of Hamlin, was charged with one count of conspiracy.

Both men were arraigned and remanded to the Orleans County Jail in lieu of bail.

The investigation is ongoing and further charges are pending.
